🌍Location: Fully Remote – Colombia (supporting a Canadian client)

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract until December 2026, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

What You'll Architect

This role combines deep Tableau expertise with consulting and client engagement capabilities. We are looking for professionals who understand that dashboards are not the end product—better business decisions are.

You will:

• Lead business analysis workshops to gather and translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable BI solutions.

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards that deliver both operational and strategic insights.

• Build and optimize Tableau data sources, extracts, calculations, parameters, actions, and filters.

• Apply Tableau performance optimization best practices to ensure scalability and usability.

• Use SQL to validate, transform, and analyze data from data warehouses, lakehouses, and cloud platforms.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to align analytics solutions with enterprise data models and pipelines.

• Support production BI environments through troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancements.

• Document dashboard logic, calculations, data definitions, and publishing structures.

• Participate in BI modernization initiatives, including cloud migrations and platform transformations.

• Deliver client presentations, demos, and Proofs of Concept to showcase analytics capabilities.

• Contribute to BI standards, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields—or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI Development, Data Visualization, or Analytics Consulting roles.

• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.

• Experience with Power BI or Qlik.

• Experience supporting on-premise to cloud migrations.

• Exposure to modern cloud data architectures.
