What You'll Architect

We are looking for a Snowflake Developer to design, develop, and optimize modern cloud data solutions using Snowflake, SQL, and Python. In this role, you will build scalable data pipelines, support enterprise data platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

🎯 You will be responsible for:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and transformations using Snowflake, SQL, and Python.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions for enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products.

• Build and maintain batch and near real-time data pipelines for analytics and reporting workloads.

• Develop transformation logic using SQL and frameworks such as dbt.

• Support data ingestion processes through APIs, file-based integrations, and ELT tools such as Fivetran or similar platforms.

• Perform data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure data quality and reliability.

• Optimize Snowflake performance and cost efficiency by applying best practices in workload management and query optimization.

• Apply modern data modeling principles, governance standards, and pipeline orchestration practices.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and successful project delivery.

• Communicate technical progress, risks, and challenges effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Continuously contribute to process improvements and the adoption of modern cloud data engineering practices.

What You Bring

🎓 Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, database development, or related data-focused roles.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Snowflake.

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, performance tuning, and data transformations.

• Strong experience using Python for data processing, automation, and pipeline development.

• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern cloud data architectures.

• Experience integrating data from APIs, flat files, and other ingestion patterns.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar orchestration and transformation frameworks.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of advanced Snowflake capabilities including Snowpark, Streams & Tasks.

• Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Core or equivalent).

• Experience with BI and reporting platforms.

• Consulting experience or exposure to client-facing projects.

• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail, ownership, and continuous learning.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative consulting environments.
