We are looking for a System Administrator (Windows/Linux) to join our Global Delivery Center team.

As a System Administrator (Windows/Linux) at Keyrus, you will work alongside highly skilled technical professionals—and even better, genuinely great human beings. You will support a dedicated international client, working on projects across on-premises and cloud environments using modern technologies to drive stability, performance, and innovation. 🚀

What will your day-to-day look like?

At Keyrus, every day is a new opportunity to innovate and overcome challenges. You will be involved in:

• Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments (VMs, AD, group policies, scheduled tasks, etc.)
• Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Linux servers
• Operating and maintaining VMware vCenter: VM lifecycle, snapshots, datastore monitoring
• Supporting AWS Level 1 & 2 operations, including EC2, S3, IAM policies, and backup tasks
• Ensuring effective backup and recovery, including validation and restore testing
• Assisting with MSSQL Level 1 tasks: blocked processes, database refresh, user mappings, basic SQL queries
• Coordinating on-premises hardware maintenance with vendors (e.g., disk replacements)
• Reacting to monitoring alerts, performing initial diagnostics, escalating when required, and ensuring service continuity
• Maintaining accurate and updated documentation and CMDB records
• Following ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management and contributing to continuous improvement

Do you have what we’re looking for?

We’re excited to meet you if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in system administration or infrastructure operations
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration
• Experience with VMware vCenter
• Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, backups)
• Experience with MSSQL basic administration and queries
• Familiarity with backup management tools
• Experience using monitoring tools (Centreon, Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain updated documentation
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work effectively in an international, fully remote environment

• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Exposure to DevOps or cloud-native tools (Terraform, Ansible, Git)
• Experience with ITIL v4 or certification
