We are looking for a Project Manager for our Keyrus International team. 

📢 Infrastructure management experience!

As Project Manager, you will drive project execution, including new office setups, network enhancements, and printer infrastructure improvements across Latin America. If you are proactive, organized, communicative, and skilled at stakeholder management, this is the perfect match for you!🚀

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Timeline Management: Create and manage project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external partners, and vendors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Network and Connectivity: Coordinate network and connectivity improvements, ensuring seamless operations and reliable infrastructure.
• Printer Infrastructure: Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of printer infrastructure across LATAM.
• Office and Warehouse Management: Support new office setups, office relocations, and warehouse management activities.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, document project activities, and maintain accurate project records.
• Proximity Support: Provide local support to users across the LATAM region.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Area Relationship Manager (ARM) in Rio de Janeiro to ensure project alignment and effective execution.

Do you have what we are looking for? 

We are excited to meet you if: 

• + 5 years of Proven experience in project management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of network, connectivity, and printer infrastructure.
• Excellent budget management and financial acumen.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese AND Spanish is a plus
• Experience working in the Latin American region.
• Ability to start in April and work until at least the end of the year.

⌚ Duration: Until end of 2025 (could be renewed)
🗣 Language: English and Portuguese (Spanish is a big plus!)
