🚀 What You'll Architect

As an Marketing Intern with AI experience, you will help design smarter marketing processes and workflows that connect modern marketing tools, business needs, and AI to create real value for organizations across LATAM. This internship is designed for curious marketing minds who want to learn by optimizing real campaigns and operations from day one.

• Learn and work with modern marketing tools (CRMs, email marketing platforms, and growth stacks) to improve campaign performance and customer experiences.

• Find opportunities to apply basic Generative AI and everyday automation tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or simple workflow builders) to speed up marketing tasks and research.

• Support the optimization of daily marketing operations, helping reduce manual work and improve team productivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform everyday business challenges into practical, technology-driven marketing solutions.

• Participate in the mapping and documentation of digital experiences and customer journeys.

• Gain hands-on exposure to real client projects while learning how modern marketing and technology come together in business decision-making.

Qualifications / Certifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Economic Sciences, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.

• Interest in Marketing, AI, automation, digital transformation, etc..

• Relevant personal projects, online courses, or AI certifications are considered an asset

• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

• Interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and continuous learning

• Understanding of business processes and how technology can optimize them

• Structured communication skills to document solutions and present technical ideas clearly

⭐ Nice-to-haves

• Interest in business strategy and customer experience, beyond software development

• Experience experimenting with AI agents, Chatbots, or intelligent automations through personal or academic projects
