What You'll Architect

What Will You Desing?

•You will be responsible for ensuring the evolution and sustainability of SAP FI solutions, guaranteeing reliable financial processes, regulatory compliance, and supporting decision-making in Latin American operations.
•You will act as the main IT point of contact for SAP FI demands with business users in Latin America.
•You will coordinate functional and technical support for SAP FI, promoting best practices, methodologies, and governance.
•You will collaborate with technical leaders, business partners, and project managers in defining strategies, prioritizing initiatives, estimating resources, and planning resources.
•You will act as a reference for customizations and evolutions of SAP FI within the global template and LATAM localizations.
•You will estimate projects and improvements aligned with strategic priorities and business objectives.
•You will support capacity planning and resource allocation for the SAP FI portfolio.
•You will guide and support consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and technical evolution.
•You will ensure compliance with quality systems, SAP governance, and regulatory requirements.

You navigate naturally between regulatory requirements, process architecture, and operational demands, maintaining a balance between governance, efficiency, and value creation. You are adept at structuring complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions deliver sustainable business results.

What You Bring

🎓Qualifications

• Practical experience with SAP ECC FI in regional and/or global environments.
• Solid knowledge of SAP FI.
• Experience in end-to-end processes, such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) from a financial perspective.
• Knowledge of integrations between SAP modules and external systems.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese will be considered a plus).
• Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in key financial and accounting processes, including:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Asset Accounting
- Bank Accounting

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring or supporting SAP teams.
• Experience in regulated environments or environments driven by quality standards.
