🚀 What You'll Architect
As an AI & MarTech Intern, you will help architect intelligent workflows that connect AI, automation, and business processes to create measurable value for retail and consumer goods organizations across LATAM. This internship is designed for curious builders who want to learn by creating real solutions while developing a consulting mindset from day one.
Design AI-powered workflows, assistants, and intelligent automations that improve research, operations, and business processes
Support the implementation of AI and MarTech solutions that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency
Contribute to consulting engagements where Generative AI becomes an accelerator for business decision-making
Explore AI agent architectures and automation opportunities that reduce manual work and increase productivity
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform business challenges into scalable technology solutions
Participate in the design and documentation of AI-powered processes and digital experiences
Gain hands-on exposure to real client projects across the retail and consumer goods industries
Learn modern consulting methodologies while contributing to high-impact initiatives across the Customer Experience practice
Develop practical experience with emerging AI technologies, intelligent workflows, and business automation platforms

🛠️ What You Bring
Qualifications / Certifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Intermediate English proficiency (B1+/B2)
Interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, or MarTech consulting
Relevant personal projects, online courses, or AI certifications are considered an asset
Technical Skills
Strong curiosity for identifying repetitive processes and transforming them into intelligent workflows
Basic understanding of data structures, information management, and security principles
Ability to document technical solutions and communicate progress clearly to internal teams
Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and modern productivity tools
Interest in AI agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, or LLM-powered solutions
Basic understanding of business processes and how technology can optimize customer experiences

Interest in business strategy and customer experience, beyond software development
Experience experimenting with AI agents, LLM workflows, or intelligent automations through personal or academic projects
Exposure to Generative AI applications beyond chat interfaces, including dashboards, assistants, task automation, or business workflows
