Senior Business Development Executive – Data & AI
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive – Data & AI, with a strong focus on hunting for new logos and strategic accounts, to lead the growth of the data services portfolio.
🎯 Role Objective
To drive Keyrus' growth by identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities in Data & Analytics, positioning consulting services and high-impact projects with new clients.
🚀 What will your day-to-day life be like?
Develop and execute the hunting strategy for new customer acquisition and new Data & AI projects.
Actively prospect the market (C-level, Data Leaders, IT, Business) to identify strategic opportunities.
Lead the complete business cycle: prospecting, consultative diagnosis, proposal, negotiation and closing.
Design consultative value propositions in collaboration with Data, Analytics, Cloud, and AI teams.
Lead RFI, RFP and Statements of Work (SoW) processes.
Identify and quantify the business value of the proposed solutions (business cases).
Coordinate pilots, PoCs, and executive presentations when applicable.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and technology partners on demand generation strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets (revenue, pipeline, and closings).
✅ What are we looking for in you?
Professional in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Systems or similar.
8+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in technology consulting.
Strong experience in hunting, market opening and new customer acquisition.
Solid track record selling Data projects, such as:
Data Platforms / Cloud Data
Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics
Data Governance, AI & ML
Ability to lead executive conversations and complex sales processes.
Results-oriented, autonomy and strategic thinking.
Experience in selling professional services and consulting models.
Advanced English for interaction with international clients and teams.
🥇 Desirable requirements
Experience in global consulting firms or technology integrators.
Knowledge of ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
