We are currently seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing end-to-end functional and technical guidance on Salesforce implementations, helping our clients design and optimize their business models using the platform's capabilities. 🚀

What will your day-to-day look like?

At Keyrus, each day is a new opportunity to innovate and tackle challenges. You will be involved in:

• Lead and manage Salesforce platform development, implementation, and delivery activities.

• Support requirements gathering and business process mapping, and prepare Business Blueprints (BBPs) and functional/technical specifications.

• Analyze and clarify requirements related to:

• Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes

• Platform administrative consoles

• Automation of business flows

• User roles, profiles, and permissions

• Provide guidance to clients on Salesforce best practices and functionalities.

• Facilitate functional workshops and explain standard vs. customized functionalities.

• Collaborate with technical leads and architects to define and refine solution requirements.

• Contribute to the design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce applications.

• Apply functional and technical expertise to implement and maintain custom software solutions.

• Quickly adopt new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Previous experience with Salesforce as functional consultant or similar roles

• Proven experience in problem analysis and resolution.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Solid understanding of database and data management concepts (e.g., SOQL, SOSL, SQL).

• Familiarity with object-oriented design and development principles.

• Knowledge of XML and web services (SOAP, REST).

• Experience with both front-end (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS) and back-end (Salesforce, .Net, SQL) development is a plus.
