We are looking for a Data Migration Lead to join our Keyrus International team.

As a Data Migration Lead at Keyrus, you will work alongside a team of professionals with exceptional technical skills and, above all, outstanding human qualities. You will participate in projects for clients across various industries, using the latest technologies to execute innovative initiatives🚀

What will your day-to-day be like?

At Keyrus, every day is a new opportunity to innovate and overcome challenges. You’ll be involved in:

• Representing the Customer from a Data Migration perspective, working closely with the implementation partner/integrator (the Integrator is responsible for all the Data Factory and the deliverables)
• Acting as Liaison between the Integrator and the Business 
• Report directly to the Digital Lead 
• Governing the full Data Migration strategy 
• Accountable for the successful execution of the Data Migration Plan 
• Work closely with all involved parties to define the strategy and the Cutover plan 
• Have a good understanding of the Data Migration objects and tools 
• Organize/mobilize Local data Owners responsible for their contributions, such as construction file delivery, data validation, etc.
• Ensure the overall DM strategy is executed as planned 
• Ensure that all teams are following all the processes to deliver the scope 
• Ensure that all involved parties are available: the right people, the right processes, the right tools and the proper methodology 
• Ensure deadlines are met and report all risks to the Management 
• Ensure all tasks assigned to the Business Users (data cleansing, data validation, etc.) are being executed according to the plan 
• Ensure the Cutover plan is executed according to the plan 
• Ensure all deliverables are provided according to the plan 
• Provide how the processes can be improved from past experiences 
• Participate in the Weekly Project Committee Meeting and provide clear status on Data Migration status 

Do you have what we're looking for?

We’re excited to meet you if:

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP implementation programs, including global rollouts. 
• Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations as PMO/PM/Lead 
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its functionalities, with hands-on experience. 
• Proven track record of successful program delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques. 
• Experience with Pharmaceutical industry regulations. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. 
• Excellent communication to face business users and lead workshops. 
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; both oral and written are necessary.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
