Main Mision:
- Member of the WORLD WIDE Infrastructure team, you will support our customers' operational activities with the support of teams at our various service centers around the world.
- Ensure the maintenance in operational condition (RUN) of our various customers' environments (both global and local).
- Manage Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, changes, and issues
- Intervene and manage the evolution of Client and internal infrastructure projects
- Resolve incidents with the help of external support if necessary, while respecting the contractual deadlines in place
- Updating the document repository
- On-call (1 on-call every 4 to 6 weeks)
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 3 years or more in systems and infrastructure administration (Linux and/or Windows)
- At least 3 years of experience on a similar position
- Good knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure …)
- Proactive monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure systems
- Resolving incidents escalated by customers or monitoring tools
- Management, approval and implementation of technical changes
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and reports
- Experience with monitoring tools (Centreon/DATADOG) is a plus
- B2/C1 English is a must
