Role & Responsibilities:

The analysis of customer needs in the unification and use of marketing platforms and systems to propose strategies to improve customer experience.

• Analysis, planning and development of new strategies focused on results.
• Marketing and Advertising technologies and digital strategies.
• Configuration, monitoring and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (search and display), performance campaign.
• Analysis SEO, and implementation SEO On Page
• Data analysis - Social media
• Campaign structure, segmentation and A/B testing, lead scoring y lead nurturing
• Support best practice business changes
• Gather and analyst business requirements from customer, offering best solutions
• Engage in pre-sales process when required, design the delivery of the CX solution
• Configure CX tool accordingly with the customer business goals
• Support customer in post Go-Live daily activities
• Definition of functional scenarios with the technical team
• Perform presentations / training about CX solutions when required

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business /related discipline or equivalent experience
• Digital Business knowledge:, Digital Marketing, Digital campaigns management and performance , Social Media, Online Commerce
• Hands on experience with CX tool - Marketing Cloud (SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, Semrush, Hubspot y CRM)
• Account Management experience
• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, etc.)
•  English Proficiency

Desirable Qualifications:

Knowledge in other marketing technologies: Google: Tag Manager, Search Console, Google Display
