🚀 What You'll Architect
As an IT Support Apprentice, you will help architect the day-to-day technology experience that enables Keyrus teams to collaborate, innovate, and deliver value. You will work alongside experienced IT professionals while developing practical skills in technical support, device management, and operational processes.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for computers and workplace technology
Configure laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices following IT standards and security guidelines
Install, update, and validate software required for internal users and business operations
Prepare, organize, and package equipment for onboarding, replacements, and logistics processes
Provide Level 1 technical support, assisting users with hardware, software, and basic connectivity issues
Document support activities, configurations, and recurring solutions to improve operational knowledge
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain a reliable and efficient workplace technology environment
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify support processes and enhance user experience

🛠️ What You Bring
Qualifications / Certifications
Currently enrolled in a SENA Technology program focused on Computer Maintenance, IT Support, Systems, or a related field
Eligible to sign a SENA Apprenticeship Contract
Interest in developing a career in Information Technology and Technical Support
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
Interest in preventive and corrective maintenance processes
Ability to install and configure software applications
Basic knowledge of device configuration and workplace technology support
Ability to document processes and organize technical information
Strong willingness to learn IT support methodologies and best practices
