Role & Responsibilities:

• Engages with business and IT stakeholders in collaboration with business consultant/analyst
• Documents source to target data mappings and other relevant technical documentation
• Coordinates with program technical and business leads
• Supports deployment of scandalization and other best development practices in coordination with program technical lead
• Source to target data mapping documentation

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent client engagement skills (collection, refinement and validation of requirements)
• Team leadership skills, willingness and ability to work in agile environment
• Highly proficient with Talend Data integration and writing SQL queries
• Experience in setting up the ETL architecture for the data platform (on premise)
• Experience in setting up the Talend TAC server and managing the infrastructure tools, identifying and troubleshooting the Talend infrastructure issues
• Extensively worked on building ETL pipelines from various sources like RDBMS, NoSQL, Kafka and other batch or streaming sources and flat files
• Strong experience on working with various different data formats like Parquet, Avro, CSV, JSON and XML and other unstructured formats in batch and real time environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD process as well as tools and processes including Git, Jenkins, Jira. Candidate would be required to set up the complete CI/CD and development process within the project.
• Experience with setup and configuration, setting up design best practices, coding best practices and configuration management process for the data engineering team
• Fluent English
• Snowflake knowledge

Desirable Qualifications:

• Azure, AWS analytical solution architectures, 
• Real time data integration, Kafka knowledge
• Advanced analytics, data bricks knowledge
• Data governance organizational and process knowledge
• Experience with MDM implementations
