Role and Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into system requirements, configurations, and customization.
• Collaborate with other functional consultants and with other system integrators.
• Prepare and support data migration.
• Provide training to business users.
• Support Go live and Hypercare phases with project team.
• Participate in all project activities with multidisciplinary teams.

Essential Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in the implementation of SAP projects; two of the following modules required: MM/WM/SD/LE/PP/QM/PM
• At minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations (or equivalent experience) configuring their respective modules (S/4HANA preferred)

Full lifecycle should include:

• Lead Design workshops
• Business requirements gathering
• Fit gap analysis
• RICEF Specification
• Customizing local integration testing
• Training and coaching local Key users.
• Support local UAT testing and end users training.
• Cutover activities
• Support Go live and Hypercare phases with project team.
• Experience in design, executing a business blueprint, customizing testing and writing business requirements specifications that can be understood by a technical process team
• Must be able to provide technical stewardship of end-to-end integration solutions between SAP and other SAP and non-SAP systems (3PL, planning software, TMS, ...)
• Must have experience integrating with other SAP modules and business areas (Customer Service, Finance, among others)

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and analytical skills, demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills; both oral and written are a necessity.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Demonstrate ownership and leadership in a project from design to execution.
• Experience in Green and brown field implementation.
• Core Model and Roll Out implementation experience.
• Excellent communication to face business users and lead workshops.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills; both oral and written are a necessity.
• Ability to travel to the USA.

Desirable Qualifications

• Master’s degree a plus
• SAP certification(s) highly preferred
