Role & Responsibilities
- Work as CX Consultant in the implementation of SAP Marketing Cloud projects.
- Help our customers to achieve success in their personalization journey.
- Analyze the business requirements and guarantee the CX solution best practices during the implementation.
- Participate in team meetings, work with other consultants, developers, business analysts, project managers and QA team.
- Help the CX team, providing support to questions and proposing improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Be a data-driven person.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural teams.
- Spanish level: Upper Intermediate or higher.
- Portuguese: Upper Intermediate or higher.
- Experience working with Marketing Automation or Personalization Platform (such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc.)
- Practical experience working with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Knowledge in other CX solutions from SAP and/or Salesforce (e.g., Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.).
- Knowledge in SAP Cloud Integration (SAP CPI), or other integration platform.
- Hands on experience with APIs or Web Services (e.g., HTTP, REST, OData, SOAP).
- Knowledge in how to work with REST Clients (for example, Postman).
