Role & Responsibilities:

• Work as SAP Emarsys Consultant in the implementation of CX projects (Custumer experience)
• Help our customers to achieve success in their personalization journey.
• Analyze the business requirements and guarantee the CX solution best practices during the implementation.
• Participate in team meetings, work with other consultants, developers, business analysts, project managers and QA team.
• Help the CX team, providing support to questions and proposing improvements.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Be a data-driven person.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural teams.
• English level: Upper Intermediate.
• Spanish level: Upper Intermediate.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience working with Marketing Automation or Personalization Platform (such as Emarsys, SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc.)
• Practical experience working with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Knowledge in other CX solutions from SAP and/or Salesforce (e.g., Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.).
• Portuguese is a plus.
