Role & Responsibilities
• Work as CX Technical Consultant in the implementation of Customer Data Cloud (CDC) and
Customer Data Platform (CDP) at Customer Experience (CX) Projects.
• Help our customers to achieve success in their personalization journey.
• Implement CDC and CDP solutions from SAP and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the technical requirements for the implementation.
• Participate in team meetings, work with other consultants, developers, business analysts,
project managers and QA team.
• Help the CX team, providing support to questions and proposing improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related
• Be a data-driven person.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural teams.
• English level: Upper Intermediate.
• Spanish level: Upper Intermediate.
• Experience working with CDC or CDP, such as SAP CDC, SAP CDP, Salesforce CDP.
• Practical experience working with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Knowledge in other CX solutions from SAP and/or Salesforce (e.g., Commerce, Marketing, Sales,
