Role & Responsibilities:
- Development and elaboration of requirements analysis (RFP's), technical proposals, product demonstrations and presentations of business solutions with customers and prospects.
- Analysis and discovery of customer needs to promote the sale of the company's products and business solutions.
- Development of high functional and technical process knowledge of technology platforms.
- Develop and define technical scopes of service contracts with customers. Collaborative work with solution architects in the analysis and development of vertical product solutions to address business needs and opportunities in the market.
- Technical, pre-sales and commercial certifications of technology solutions. Field work for the development of technical solutions with customers within the commercial process.
- Professional in Engineering, Commercial or related careers
- Consultative sales processes, marketing, customer service and Call Center, in E-Commerce, Portals, CRM or Mobile platforms
- Process of design, development and implementation of business and/or mission critical ERP, CRM, BI, digital eCommerce or similar.
- Office suite programs or equivalent.
Experience in ERP, CRM / Digital Commerce application consulting.
