We are looking for a new member for the People & Transformation Team! :) Someone with great attitude, passionate about helping and communicate with others, and proactive to look for ways to guarantee a continuous improvement in all processes. Role & Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing
- Support CV review, pre-screening calls, and interviews
- Update all employee’s data bases
- Support the hiring and onboarding processes
- Support day-to-day admin tasks
- Help with the coordination and execution of HR activities
- Support the control and analysis of standard HR processes and main KPI’s
Essential Qualifications:
- Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor relations or related fields
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Proficiency using G Suite
- Soft skills: Communication (oral and written), Teamwork, Analytical Problem Solving, Pragmatism, Self-Management
- English: Advanced
